Benecia – Village J Built from 1999 to 2001 by Shea Homes with 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath single story houses of 2,200 square feet to 4 bedrooms, 4 baths with 3,003 square feet and 3-car garages. Benecia houses were built in two locations at Rancho Carrillo homes, across the street (Poinsettia Avenue) from Carrillo Elementary School and across the canyon by Estancia, on Via Conquistador.
Brasado – Village Q2 Built by Continental Homes from 2000 to 2002 with Rancho Carrillo houses from 3,228 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with 3,228 square feet up to 5 bedrooms and 5.5 baths and 4,843 square feet. Many Brasado houses are on single-loaded streets and most have canyon views.
Califia – Village O Houses from 2,104 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths to 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with 3,005 square feet. One of the first Rancho Carrillo homes communities and built by Continental Homes from 1999 to 2000.
Califia Serena – Village K Built from 1999 to 2001 by Continental Homes, with single story Rancho Carillo houses from 2,109 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths up to 3,842 square feet, two-story houses with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths and 3-car garages. The largest floor plan size includes an optional granny flat. There are three direct access points to the canyon trail network from Calafia Serena and many houses have canyon views.
Cascada – Village L Townhouses from 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,110 square feet to 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and 1,316 square feet with attached 2-car garages. Cascada has a community pool and spa and has direct access to the canyon trail system. Many units have canyon views.
Estancia – Village Q1 Stylish two-story houses built from 1999 to 2000 by Monarch Communities from 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and 2,932 square feet up to 5 bedrooms and 5 baths with 4,055 square feet and 3-car garages. The largest floor plan size includes an optional granny flat. Estancia has a direct access entry to the canyon trail system and is close by the Leo Carrillo Ranch Historic Park. Many Rancho Carillo properties here have canyon views.
The Estates – Village H Gated community of houses from single story 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath and 3-car garage houses to two-story floor plans with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4,843 square feet with 3-car garages. Many residences in the estates have ocean views.
Haciendas – Village Q5/R4 Single story houses from 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with 3,010 square feet to two-story models with 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and 4,843 square feet with 3-car garages. The initial phases of The Haciendas were built by Pacific Crest Communities and the final phases were built by D.R. Horton. They were constructed from 2002 to 2004. Most have canyon views and some have ocean views.
Maravilla – Village M Single story houses from 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2,100 square feet to two story 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4,557 square feet with 4-car garages. The largest floor plans may have an optional detached casita in lieu of the 4th car garage and an optional self contained mother-in-law unit. Maravilla was built by Continental Homes from 2001 to 2003. These same floor plans were also built by Continental in the far South Carlsbad community of Arroyo Vista from 2002 to 2004. Most Maravilla Rancho Carrillohouses have canyon views.
Montevina – Village G Gated community of houses from 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with 2,641 square feet to 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths and 3,906 square feet with 3-car garages. Montevina was built by Continental Homes from 2000 to 2002 and has four direct access gates to the canyon trail system. Many Rancho Carillo homes here are on single-loaded streets and most have canyon views.
Palmilla – Village C Twin-homes, built by Continental Homes from 1998 to 2000, they are all two-story Rancho Carrillo houses from 1,411 to 2,056 square feet and 3 to 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Portico – Village N Gated community of townhouses from 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and office with 1,338 square feet, to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,538 square feet with attached 2-car garages. Portico has a community pool, spa and cabana. Many units have canyon views.
Quintana – Village D Built from 1999 – 2001 by Continental Homes with one and two-story houses from 1,901 to 2,685 square feet and 3 bedrooms, 2 baths to 5 bedrooms, 3 baths. Quintana II has direct access to the canyon trail network and some houses have canyon views. Many Quintana I houses have higher elevation canyon views.
Quintana II – Village D Built from 1999 – 2001 by Continental Homes with one and two-story houses from 1,901 to 2,685 square feet and 3 bedrooms, 2 baths to 5 bedrooms, 3 baths. Quintana II has direct access to the canyon trail network and some houses have canyon views. Many Quintana I houses have higher elevation canyon views.
Serrano – Village B Condominiums from 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 901 square feet to 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,140 square feet.
Terravita – Village F Built from 2001 – 2003 by Continental Homes with two-story houses from 1,970 square feet to 3,004 square feet and 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths to 6 bedrooms, 3 baths and 3-car garages. There are 98 houses in Terravita located on four cul-de-sacs and two arterial streets. Three cul-de-sacs have direct access to the canyon trail network. Many Terravita houses have canyon views and some have ‘peek’ ocean views.
Valencia – Village A Townhouses from 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,123 square feet to 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 1,445 square feet with attached 2-car garages.
Valencia has a community pool and spa.
Ventana – Village E Built from 1999 – 2000 by Continental Homes with two-story houses from 1,600 to 2,100 square feet and 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Some Ventana houses have canyon views.
