Peacock Hills was were built by Ramos Jensen Company as an adult retirement community. One Peacock Hills resident must be 45 years of age and no household member may be under 18 years of age. The Peacock Hills homes were built in four phases. Phase I was built in 1976 and consisted of 220 Peacock Hills homesv Phase II 266 Peacock Hills homes, Phase III 160 Peacock Hills homes and Phase IV 274 homes for a total of 920 homes. Peacock Hills was configured as duplexes with single car garages. Two floor plans were available.
Peacock Hills has a Board of Directors that meets monthly to govern the community. They do an outstanding job of maintaining Peacock Hills as a senior community, safe and attractive.
