Ocean Hills Country Club real estate is located on 350 acres in Oceanside, California, 3.5 miles from the Pacific Coast, 30 miles north of San Diego. Architectural is inspired by Mediterranean Sea Villages and Aegean hill towns, with red tiled roofs and bougainvillea-covered white stucco walls. Ocean Hillshas eight Villages with names like Mykonos, Corfu, and Portofino comprise the community, and street names such as Rhodes, Aegina, Barcelona, and Poseidon echo the Mediterranean influence.

The first phase of Ocean Hills Country Club real estate was completed in 1984, the final in 1998, totaling 1633 homes. Each phase is referred to as a “Village”, a corporation with its own homeowners association and governed by a Board of Directors. Restrictions: As a senior housing community, Ocean Hills Country Club real estate, complies with Federal and State law, age documentation records as required. Every person residing in a home must either be 55 years of age or older, 55+, 55 plus, a spouse or cohabitant, or other qualifying resident. Visitors are limited to a maximum stay of 90 days (whether consecutive or non-consecutive) in any calender year.

Any exterior improvement or alteration, modification or re-decoration, including landscape additions or changes to Ocean Hills Country Club real estate, requires prior approval by the Architectural Committee. Applications are available at the Homeowners Association Office.
