Ocean Hills Country Club real estate is located on 350 acres in Oceanside, California, 3.5 miles from the Pacific Coast, 30 miles north of San Diego. Restrictions: As a senior housing commuity, Ocean Hills Country Club real estate, complies with Federal and State law, age documentation records as required. Every person residing in a home must either be 55 years of age or older, 55+, 55 plus, a spouse or cohabitant, or other qualifying resident. Visitors are limited to a maximum stay of 90 days (whether consecutive or non-consecutive) in any calender year.

Homeowners Fees: Ocean Hills Homeowner association fees (Ocean Hills Hoa Fees) cover the cost of landscaping and maintaining front yards and common areas, irrigation systems, watering, roof & mailbox repairs, basic cable tv, security, and exterior painting. Monthly homeowner fees for the 2009-2010 fiscal year (April 1 through March 31) range from $383.50 to $415.00, varying from Village to Village.
